Calling all Dance Studio Owners and Teachers!!
My name is Sarah and I want to help dance teachers improve the quality of their work, decrease preventable stress, and enhance the satisfaction they get from doing what they love.
I am going to be traveling around Wisconsin, speaking to teachers in studios (for FREE) about some impactful ways to plan and deliver a more effective class week after week. This is not a sneaky time-share style pitch. My intent is purely to make a positive difference in the way dance is taught, reflecting on over 15 years of my own experience as a teacher, coach, and studio director. No risk :)
I think it’s important, now more than ever, that our students and their parents see consistent value in what we do – when they are looking for activities to cut out, we know this shouldn’t be one of them! The teacher-student connection is vital for dancers’ growth and progress, and plays a huge role in the success of the studio as a whole. We could talk for days, weeks, but I’ve narrowed this training down to an hour focused on curriculum and lesson planning so that students receive better quality training and teachers achieve greater job satisfaction, win-win!

Building or adapting curriculum to fit the needs of your students
Organizing your material to deliver more comprehensive classes
Writing lesson plans that last and SAVE YOU TIME
Using progressions to take the guess work out of what to teach and when
I am scheduling these trainings throughout the month of September and can be as many members of your staff as you’d like… everyone is welcome! I know it seems hard to believe I’d go around doing this for free, there’s gotta be a catch, right? I do train teachers and coaches inside my programs, not going to lie, but I’m not going place to place to sell those. If you like what I have to say and want to ask me about those after, I’m all for it! My goal with this training-tour is to elevate the level at which I see teachers operating. I have been in this industry a long time, I am passionate about what I do and don’t want people to find out there were other methods and options the long, hard way (or burn out before they do). These tips can be implemented immediately, and could change the way you operate for the better!
